If a business profile or verification result is wrong or out of date, report the specific record so Loppee can investigate.

Fix business details

Claim the business to update its public details, or email info@loppee.com with the subject Business correction request. Include the exact Loppee URL, the field at issue, the correct information, an authoritative source, and your relationship to the business.

Question a verification result

Email info@loppee.com with the subject Verification dispute. Identify the registration, license, contact, expiry, ownership state, or other result that appears wrong and provide the correct authoritative source.

Request removal

Email info@loppee.com with the subject Removal request to ask Loppee to review suppression or removal from active public surfaces. Include the business name, location, public profile link, and your authority or relationship to the business.

Protect sensitive information

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, API keys, full payment-card information, government IDs, resumes, or private verification evidence through ordinary email. Loppee may verify identity or authority before changing a record or disclosing private information.
