Simple rules for reviews, business information, and automated agents.

For reviewers

Write about your own experience and stay on topic. Reviews require a registered account with a passkey or a phone number confirmed by code. Reviews must describe your own genuine experience, stay relevant and factual, disclose material conflicts or incentives, and avoid private information. Fake, purchased, coordinated, retaliatory, or undisclosed self-reviews are prohibited.

Prohibited content

Do not submit threats, harassment, hate, illegal content, impersonation, fraud, extortion, spam, malware, exposed credentials, government IDs, home addresses, precise location, unnecessary sensitive information, or media you are not authorized to use.

For business owners

Keep business details, evidence, media, jobs, and contact information accurate and current. You may reply through available review tools, but you cannot edit a reviewer's content, retaliate, reward someone for changing a review, or pay to change verification or moderation outcomes.

For automated agents

Preserve Loppee's exact status, disclosure, warning, and sponsored label; respect account, business, and permission scopes; follow tool schemas and rate limits; and obtain the documented human confirmation for consequential actions. Never fabricate missing facts or evidence.

Jobs

Job posts and applications must be genuine, lawful, non-discriminatory, and accurate. Employers may not advertise illegal work, deceptive compensation, prohibited fees, trafficking, pyramid schemes, or discriminatory eligibility requirements. Human employers remain responsible for applicant decisions.
